Who we are
This website is operated by Aglaia Studio ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us through the contact page.
What we collect and why
Waitlist: if you join the waitlist we store your email address and the time you joined. We use it for one purpose: to tell you when our first release is available. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Contact form: if you write to us we store the name, email address, and message you provide, and the time you sent it, so that we can reply. We also keep a hashed form of the network address a message came from, to stop abuse of the form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
To keep bots away from the forms, the site may use Firebase App Check with Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. It runs invisibly only when you use a form, sends a device signal to Google, and never shows a puzzle. Google's privacy policy and terms apply to that check.
Where your data is stored
Waitlist and contact data are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the European Union (europe-west1, Belgium). Google acts as our processor under its data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until we have announced the release and for at most twelve months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them. Contact messages are kept for up to twelve months after our last reply.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within one month. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this website.
